The Fine Print
My sessions are all inclusive with no print purchases required. All sessions come with high resolution digital files and a print release in a password protected online gallery. Images can be viewed, shared, and downloaded from the gallery. Online galleries are available for one week before they are removed and archived. Redelivering a gallery after it has been archived is an additional $25 charge.
A $50 retainer is due upon booking, via Paypal or Venmo. Retainers are non refundable, and are applied toward your session fee, the balance of which is due the day of the session. Your retainer may not be applied to a future session should you cancel your original session. I do allow a two week window for reschedules. If you need to reschedule a session due to illness or a conflict, it must be rescheduled within two weeks of the original shoot date to apply the retainer. Every effort is made on my part to reschedule your session.
Clients can expect a 2-3 week turn around for gallery delivery unless notified otherwise. When scheduling, please take that into account if images are needed back by a deadline.

Family sessions are shot in the evening before sunset, or early mornings just after sunrise. I shoot at preselected locations within 25 miles of my home. Some locations may not be available on weekends due to crowds.

Newborn sessions are best shot within he first 10 days of life when baby is sleepiest and can be posed more easily. Once baby is older than 2 weeks old, posing becomes more difficult and the variety of images becomes limited. I encourage clients to book with me as early as possible as I take a very limited number of newborn sessions per month. Most mamas schedule with me in their first or second trimester.
Sessions are shot on weekdays in the early afternoon, typically from 1-4. Older siblings are welcome if they are part of the shoot, but when their shots are finished someone needs to be available to take them out since my shooting area is small and the session is long. I customize each newborn session to my client's preferences, while still maintaining my own photography style. I use a variety of props for posing, but try to keep the overall image focused on baby. Clients have access to my accessories like hats and hair pretties to use for their shoot, and are welcome to bring their own.
